Special Observances of Diversity Awareness
Rhode Island College highlights and celebrates the diverse members of our campus community each day and every month of the year.
Special observances of diversity awareness and heritage months are times throughout the year when we honor specific groups with marginalized identities for their existence in our world and for their contributions to our society.
Sponsored by the Unity Center and the Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion
The Unity Center, in partnership with the Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, compiles and presents a variety of resources here to support the college community in celebrating these important observations throughout the year.
